Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email or SMS confirmation. Reservation Deposit: A deposit may be required for certain treatments. The deposit will be deducted from the total treatment amount on the day of arrival. 2. Cancellation and change of appointment Cancellation: If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Changing the appointment: If you want to change the appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Change of appointment may be possible depending on availability. 3. Delay If you are late for your treatment, please let us know immediately. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the treatment may be shortened or canceled, depending on the schedule. 4. Some treatments may be contraindicated for certain medical conditions. 5. Refunds Refunds are only available for unused treatments.
