PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
The prices of services are expressed in euros and are displayed on the Service Provider's website as well as at the Service Provider's premises.
The service provider is authorized to determine discounts, daily or weekly promotions, promotions for a particular treatment/service, a group of treatments/services and/or for all treatments/services, as well as for a specific payment method at any time without prior notice.
The service provider is authorized to change service prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment is made by card and cash, in euros.
FINAL PROVISIONS
The General Terms and Conditions shall enter into force on the date of their adoption and shall remain in force until new/amended General Terms and Conditions are adopted. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the General Terms and Conditions at any time, without prior notice to the Service User.
By scheduling an appointment, the User accepts the terms and conditions and the Service Provider's business methods set out in these General Terms and Conditions.
Any disputes between the Service Provider and the Service User will be resolved amicably, and if such a solution is not possible, the court in Pula has jurisdiction.
